Alex Zono Establishes Strategic Partnership with MXN Korea to Secure 'K-Logistics Hub' for Asia-Pacific Market Entry

Alex Zono, a premium running apparel brand that has built a dedicated global following through its unique design and technical functionality, has entered into a strategic business partnership with MXN Korea (MXN KR), a global commerce integration solution provider. The collaboration aims to accelerate Alex Zono's expansion into the rapidly growing Asian market.

Alex Zono has designated South Korea as its strategic gateway for Northeast and Southeast Asian markets—including Japan and Singapore—and selected MXN Korea as its key operational partner. At the heart of this cooperation are MXN Korea’s specialized solutions, 'MINT Pay' and 'MINT Fulfillment,' operated out of the Incheon Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

MINT Pay: Overcoming Regulatory Barriers

MINT Pay serves as the operational arm for global brands in Korea. Unlike the U.S. or Japan, South Korea does not utilize IOR (Importer of Record) or ACP (Attorney for Customs Procedure) systems, which has traditionally been a significant barrier for foreign brands. MXN Korea addresses this by acting as the official importer and seller, providing payment agency services. Through MINT Pay, global brands can maintain local inventory and rapidly scale across both B2C and B2B sectors.

MINT Fulfillment: Efficiency and Brand Protection

MINT Fulfillment is an integrated logistics service based on BWT (Bonded Warehouse Transaction) and CBE (Cross-Border e-Commerce) models. Alex Zono will store its inventory in a duty-free state within MXN Korea’s 27,000-square-meter facility in the Incheon FTZ. When orders are placed across Asia, the system enables real-time customs clearance and dispatch. This allows Alex Zono to minimize initial tariff burdens while ensuring 1–2 day delivery across the Asia-Pacific region via its new 'K-Logistics Hub.'

Alex, the founder and CEO of Alex Zono, stated, "We are focusing on the explosive growth of Asian markets, including Japan and Singapore. The geographical advantages of the Incheon FTZ combined with MXN Korea’s advanced systems will serve as a powerful engine for our expansion not only in Asia-Pacific but eventually into Europe."

MXN Korea plans to integrate Alex Zono’s order management systems with its own MINT system to systematically manage duty-deferred inventory and country-specific customs processes. This integration is expected to optimize operational resources while delivering a premium brand experience to customers across the region.

An official from MXN Korea commented, "This partnership proves that Korea is a 'Smart Hub' for global brands entering Asia. We are committed to further advancing our systems with inventory integrity and automated customs logic to uphold the trust of our global partners."
