Whamisa: EU launch Project of an Organic K-Beauty Brand
To support Whamisa’s European relaunch following a full brand and product lineup revamp, MXN Commerce Italy led the end-to-end Amazon EU market entry and operational setup.
MXN managed the complete Amazon Europe onboarding process, including Seller Central setup, brand registry support, and the restructuring of complex multi-country listing architectures across key EU marketplaces. By unifying fragmented product data and optimizing listings for local compliance and consumer behavior, MXN established a scalable foundation for European expansion.
To ensure a stable launch, MXN designed and operated a hybrid Amazon fulfillment strategy, combining FBA and FBM to optimize inventory control, cost efficiency, and cross-border operations. This glocal logistics model enabled operational flexibility and minimized risk during the initial market entry phase.
In addition, MXN implemented Amazon PPC readiness and performance infrastructure, while laying the groundwork for future influencer-led traffic acquisition and brand activation initiatives across Europe.
