Description

We provided full-spectrum support for HOM’s U.S. market expansion through the combined efforts of MINT OPS, MINT MKT, and MINT FLT. Despite having no prior brand presence, the project achieved remarkable traction—generating $20,000 in Amazon sales from a single SKU within just three months of launch, establishing strong early growth momentum.

Project Objective

The core objective of this project was to help a newly launched brand—without any prior market legacy—build trust and purchase motivation among U.S. consumers in a short period of time.

Following a clearly defined execution roadmap established during the consulting phase, MXN Commerce USA implemented an end-to-end solution integrating MINT OPS, MINT MKT, and MINT FLT to accelerate HOM’s market entry and performance growth.


OPS Strategy

From an operational perspective, the focus was on maximizing conversion efficiency on Amazon.

We restructured the product catalog, optimized titles and bullet points with keyword-driven logic, and enhanced A+ Content, product imagery, and storefront design.

A comprehensive review, Q&A, and promotion calendar system was established to improve credibility and purchase consistency.

Additionally, content structures were refined to match user search intent—enhancing visibility quality and reducing bounce rates on detail pages.


MKT Strategy

On the marketing side, Amazon PPC campaigns were organized into Sponsored Product, Brand, and Video tiers.

By separating exploratory keywords from revenue-driving keywords, we improved bid efficiency and ROAS management.

After securing initial traffic, we implemented retargeting and conversion optimization strategies to sustain momentum.

Externally, TikTok-based influencer marketing played a key role in building brand awareness and cumulative content engagement.

Content formats emphasized usage scenarios and material distinctiveness, aligning messaging with social media algorithms to maximize organic reach and viewer retention.


FLT Strategy

In fulfillment, we prioritized Amazon FBA integration to simplify onboarding and offset initial logistics costs.

Inbound plans and packaging standards were systemized, while weekly monitoring of inventory turnover and demand forecasting minimized stockout risks and improved operational consistency.


Results & Outlook

Within three months of launch, the brand achieved $20,000 in sales from a single SKU on Amazon, with notable improvements in both advertising efficiency and conversion rates.

Building on this success, MXN Commerce USA is now expanding the proven operational model from the Living category into Beauty, continuing growth through a balanced strategy of channel management, creative diversification, and logistical precision.
