Le Cashmere USA: Shopify D2C Launch & Structured Soft Landing
Le Cashmere, a premium cashmere brand under Kolon, partnered with MXN Commerce USA to plan and launch its U.S. Shopify D2C store. Over the course of approximately one year, MXN managed operations to ensure a smooth market entry and soft landing in the United States, before successfully transitioning the operational infrastructure back to the brand.

This project focused on building a sustainable U.S. market entry infrastructure beyond simple website development.
MXN Commerce USA planned and developed a Shopify-based D2C store tailored to American consumers. Product detail pages were redesigned from the Korean website content to align with U.S. purchasing behavior, clearly communicating material quality, fit, and care instructions essential for the cashmere category.
Seasonal Collection Pages were structured to highlight curated assortments and reinforce brand mood, while a Blog section was implemented to support storytelling, styling content, and material education. This transformed the store into a content-driven brand experience platform rather than a purely transactional site.
For approximately one year post-launch, MXN managed payment processing, order handling, customer service, and logistics coordination, enabling the brand to accumulate real U.S. market data while minimizing operational and financial risk. After operational stability was achieved, the infrastructure and operational framework were systematically transitioned back to the brand team.
This project represents a comprehensive U.S. market entry model covering planning, build, operational stabilization, soft landing, and structured handover.
