Movement Lab USA: D2C Expansion & Integrated Furniture Logistics

Description

Based on the well-known Korean furniture website of Movement Lab, a brand under Pinewood Living, MXN Commerce USA launched a U.S. focused Shopify store and redesigned product detail pages tailored to American consumers. The project included full English localization, operational management, customer service, payment service and cross-border furniture logistics from Korea to the U.S., including White Glove Service. This integrated approach enabled stable global delivery within the highly complex furniture category while achieving strong customer satisfaction.

Platforms

The project began with redesigning product detail pages based on the Korean website content, restructuring information to align with U.S. purchasing behavior rather than simply translating text. Product specifications, materials, dimensions, delivery terms, and installation guidance were reorganized to support trust-driven decision-making for furniture buyers.

A Shopify-based D2C store was launched, and MINT PAY was implemented to provide optimized payment processing and settlement structures tailored to the U.S. market. MXN Commerce USA managed the full operational scope, including order processing, inventory coordination, and customer service, minimizing operational burden for the brand.

From a logistics perspective, the project addressed the complexity of cross-border furniture shipping. A global logistics framework was established to manage international freight, customs clearance, and U.S. last-mile delivery. Importantly, White Glove Service was incorporated to provide in-home delivery and installation support tailored to oversized furniture products.

By integrating content localization, payment infrastructure (MINT PAY), operational execution, and global logistics into a unified system, the project established a scalable U.S. D2C infrastructure for a high-complexity furniture brand.
