As W CONCEPT KOREA prepares its global pop-up store program, MXN KOREA is consolidating the volume for all three cities through its Incheon center as a hub.

The project brings together roughly 100 brands across fragrance, beauty, and fashion, with more than 1,000 SKUs in total. Goods that leave from different origins and arrive on different schedules are gathered at MXN's center, where they are brought under a single standard before heading out to each city.

Preparing a global pop-up comes down to two core workstreams, both built around the Global tag program. The first is inspection: volume arriving in staggered batches is checked brand by brand and SKU by SKU, with quantity and condition verified item by item. The second is the Global tag itself, which carries a QR code and becomes the reference point for product information and stock visibility at each overseas pop-up site. Once inspection and tagging are complete, goods are sorted by pop-up city and dispatched in sequence, with category-specific handling for items subject to stricter transport rules, such as fragrance, and for the documentation required to export cosmetics. Because volume from 100 different brands is brought under one management standard through a single pass at Incheon, the same data carries through to the recovery of inventory after each pop-up closes and its return to Korea — giving everyone involved a clear view of the flow from end to end.

Volumes for the opening leg in New York are moving from September, with Paris and Japan following on their respective schedules. In the United States and Italy, MXN also runs the on-site pop-up operations, so the preparation done in Korea carries through to the venue without a break. From inbound, inspection, and value-added work through export customs clearance, country-by-country dispatch, and local delivery — and on to the pop-up floor itself — MXN KOREA's End-to-End framework turns a complex, simultaneous multi-market pop-up program into a single continuous flow.
