The primary goal was to allow U.S. consumers to directly experience the premium cashmere’s texture, fit, and styling. MXN Commerce USA developed an end-to-end operational structure covering SOP design, staffing and operations training, VMD, fitting area layout and in-store flow, as well as payment, inventory, and settlement systems. On-site, we standardized key processes such as displaying core SKUs, size grading, and clear exchange/return policies to lower barriers from product trial to purchase. Promotions were connected with local communities and social channels to maintain consistent in-store traffic.

During the operation period, we established fixed POS and inventory check rhythms (open/mid/close) and secured a remarketing pool through in-store email and SMS opt-ins. As a result, we achieved smooth, incident-free operations, drove sales of core SKUs, and gained valuable insights into customer preferences. This pop-up served as a foundation for future seasonal pop-ups and retail expansion, as well as for integrating online channels through content, reviews, and CRM strategies.

This project demonstrated how offline B2C pop-up operations can seamlessly connect brand experience, sales, and data collection, evolving beyond a short-term physical event into a strategy that extends branding into the online space.
