W Concept Korea launched its first pop-up store in Fort Lee, New Jersey, to introduce K-Fashion to the US market. MXN Commerce USA provided one-stop support for the entire process, including planning and operations, local community marketing, influencer collaborations, and fulfillment. During the event, over 3,000 SKUs were managed stably, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and sales process, resulting in the achievement of all key performance indicators.

W Concept Korea held its first offline project to promote K-Fashion in the US market, a 3-week pop-up store at the BLANCSOM boutique in Fort Lee, New Jersey. This project was strategically located in Fort Lee, a densely populated Asian area, rather than central Manhattan, and its success depended on local customer engagement and brand experience expansion.

Accordingly, MXN Commerce USA, which specializes in offline B2C sales in the US, provided one-stop support for this project, encompassing marketing for pop-up store virality, store planning and operations, and related logistics preparation. Targeted marketing using local community channels such as HeyKorean and MissyUSA, along with social media influencer collaborations, naturally led to customer inflow. Local PR networks were also leveraged to spread media coverage. In addition, MXN Commerce USA took charge of store planning, space arrangement, and prop preparation to enhance the on-site experience. Simultaneously, during the event, over 3,000 physical SKUs were managed, and inventory operations and fulfillment were stably supported to ensure a smooth sales process.

As a result, most of the performance indicators set by the client were achieved, laying a crucial foundation for strengthening K-Fashion's position in the US, in addition to short-term sales performance. This project, in particular, demonstrated that the organic combination of marketing, operations, and logistics is essential for brands to quickly achieve results in the US market.
